Terroir

A blend from the Domaine's different terroirs, including a plot of clay soil known as Chailles.

Vinification and Ageing

Hand-picked Pinot Noir is directly pressed, before fermentation in a stainless steel temperature-controlled vat. After the malolactic fermentation, the base wine is bottled to undergo its secondary fermentation.

The bottles mature for 18 months on laths prior to disgorging and a dosage of 0.9 g sugar per litre.

Bouquet

This wine is brilliant and clear in the glass, the pale pink colour of white peaches, with a large quantity of vigorous bubbles.
A nose redolent of fruits of the forest: redcurrants, raspberries and blackberries.

Palate

The palate is explosive, yet elegant and light. Very ethereal, with a beautiful sweetness, whilst still tasting sharp and pure.

From two to three years.
