Tasting :
- Visual : Greenish yellow, deep, amber, great legs.
- Olfactory : Powerful and fruity. Tonality of toasted almond, green walnut and toasted coffee.
- Gustatory : Very robust wine which is very rich. Persistant in aromas. Dominancy of walnut and green almond, hazelnut with a very nice ending in the palate. Taste of soil very pronounced.

- 20 years and more.

What to eat with it :
- Cooking White meat with cream and mushrooms, cheese of Comté ( typical cheese of franche-Comté), shellfish and spiced cooking with curry or saffron . delicious with a raclette.
- Can be drunk also with aperitive
- serve between 14 and 16 °C
