Tasting :
- Visual : Yellow light colour with green glint, limpid
- Olfactory : Smell of citrus fruit, lightly woody, very fresh
- Gustatory : Great attack, nice length in the palate, last note of toasted bread.

Ageing :
- Pleasant now
- May be kept 4 to 7 years.

What to eat with it :
- First course, fish, fondues and raclettes.
- Between 9 and 12 °C
