Arbois Vin de Paille (Straw wine)

- Appellation : Arbois

- Grape-variety :¨Poulsard, Savagnin and Chardonnay "

- Vinification : Dried for 3 months on straw beds , in wood cases,
pressing (100 kg of grapes give 18 l of juice)

- Maturing : Ageing of 3 years in oak cask .
Always in 37.5 cl bottle.

Tasting :
- Visual : Yellow colour with coppery tint
- Olfactory : Dried fruits nose, lightly toasted
- Gustatory : Unctous sweetness, nice general harmony.

Ageing :
- Excellent now
- can age 50 years.

What to eat with it :
- Foie gras and desserts, Blue cheese .......
- Can be served for aperitive
- Temperature 7 to 8 °C
