Tasting :
- Visual : Pale yellow with silvery tint.
- Olfactory : When young, it's the brandy aromas that predominates. Fineness of dried fruits, dried grapes, prune and walnut aromas.
- Gustatory : Sweet attack, round. Pleasing, it has an interminable velvet in the palate. Taste of grape with a dominating sweet note.Nuance of quince, apple and vanilla aromas. Delicate aromas of caramel wich give mellow and melted.

Ageing :
- A delight now
- Can age from 10 to 15 years.

What to eat with it :
- melon, desserts. Excellent with a vanilla ice-cream
- Can be drunk in aperitive or digestive
- serve between 5 and 8 °C
