Jacques Tissot's family originate from Montigny-les-Arsures, a little village near Arbois,for several generations, has been established at Arbois for 35 years.In 1962, Jacques Tissot created the whole domaine.This Wine-growing estate cultivates 30 hectares in A.O.C. Arbois, Arbois-Pupillin, and Côtes du Jura.

Wines are stemming from the best soils composed of marl, limeston, trias, as well as lias and facing South-South-west.The multitude of grape-variety offers a vast choice of specific quality wines which will perfectly accompany all your meals and happy events of your life.

The vinification is at the same time modern with thermo-regulated tanks and traditional with passing of wines in barrel and oak tun , for 12 to 24 months, even more. In 1991, the Domaine became bigger with the opening of a new winery of 2600 square meters permeting to combine tradition and modernity.
